Email | Outlook 07 - POP 3

(When opening Outlook 2007 for the first time)

1. Double-click on the MS Outlook icon.
   
2. Click "Next."
   
3. Leave "Yes" selected and click "Next."
   
4. Leave the slots for Name, Email Address and Password blank and put a checkmark next to the "Manually configure server settings or additional server types." Click "Next.
   
5. Leave "Internet Email" selected and click "Next."
   
6. In the User Information section, use the following:
   Your Name: the name that you want to appear on your email.
   Email Address: your OnRamp Access email address (for example: johndoe@onr.com)

   In the Server Information section, use the following:
   Account Type: POP3
   Incoming mail server: mail4.onr.com*
   Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.onr.com

   *In some cases the incoming mail server (POP3) may be different. That is, for many of our long-time customers, it's still mail.onr.com, mail1.onr.com or mail3.onr.com

   In the Logon Information section, use the following:
   User Name: your Email Account/POP Username (for example: johndoe)
   Password: your Email Account/POP Password

   

7. Click "Finish," and you're done.
