Email | Outlook 07 - MS Exchange
- Click the Start button and go to Control Panel.

- Click where it says, "Switch to Classic View" (on the upper left).

- Double-click the Mail icon.

- Click on the button labeled "Show Profiles..."

- Click "Add."

- Give the profile a name (e.g. Outlook) and click "OK."

- Leave the slots for Name, Email Address and Password blank and put a checkmark next to "Manually configure server settings or additional server types." Click "Next."

- Select "Microsoft Exchange" and click "Next."

- Next to where it says, "Microsoft Exchange Server:" type, "exchange2007.staff.onr.com." For "User Name:" supply your first and last name. Then click "More Settings..."

- Make sure that "Automatically detect connection state" is selected. Then click on the Security tab.

- Uncheck "Encrypt data between Microsoft Office Outlook and Microsoft Exchange." And where it says, "Logon network security:" you should click the down-arrow and select "Password Authentication (NTLM)." Now, click on the Connection tab.

- Make sure "Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP" is checked, and click on "Exchange Proxy Settings."

- In the slot beneath where it says, "Use this URL to connect to my proxy server for Exchange:" type "exchange2007.staff.onr.com." Then make sure the checkboxes next to where it says, "On fast networks..." and "On slow networks..." are both checked. Click "OK."

- Click "OK" again.

- Click "Next."

- Click "Finish."
- Click "OK" again, close the Control Panel, and you're done.
