Email | Outlook 03 - POP 3

(When opening Outlook 2003 for the first time)

1. Open Outlook 2003
   
2. Click "Next."
   
3. Leave "Yes" selected and click "Next."
   
4. Select "POP3" and click "Next."
   
5. In the User Information section, use the following:
   Your name: the name that you want to appear on your email
   Email address: your OnRamp email address (for example: johndoe@onr.com)

   In the Server Information section, use the following:
   Incoming mail server (POP3): mail4.onr.com*
   Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.onr.com

   * In some cases, the incoming mail server (POP3) may be different. That is, for many of our long-time customers, it's still mail.onr.com, mail1.onr.com or mail3.orn.com

   In the Logon Information section, use the following:
   User Name: your email account/POP username (for example: johndoe)
   Password: your email account/POP password

6. Click "Next."
   
7. Click "Finish." You are done.
